Our coffee is roasted after you place your order, ensuring it is completely fresh. Typically, coffee needs between 24 to 48 hours of rest to release gases after roasting. After this period, the coffee's gas loss occurs more gradually. Consequently, our bags may appear slightly swollen upon receipt, and when you open them, you may experience an explosion of aromas. Upon opening the bag, oxygen, the agent that breaks down coffee, begins to oxidize it. Therefore, it is best to store the coffee in a vacuum-sealed bag or an airtight container with a lid, and keep it away from sunlight.
